On Monday afternoon, October 20th, a middle school bus was struck by a vehicle on Foristell Road. Luckily, nobody on the bus was injured, nor was the driver of the other vehicle. New Melle firefighters remained on scene to assist the bus driver with accountability and security of the students until St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department and school district officials could arrive.
