Last Saturday, April 25th, units were dispatched to a head-on vehicle accident on Highway Z. There were a total of 7 patients involved. 6 were in the van and 2 of them had to be extricated with the Jaws of Life. 1 person was in the pickup. All patients were transported to hospitals in a timely fashion thanks to St. Charles County Ambulance District.
