January 19th and 20th, 2013, was a fairly busy weekend in the western part of St. Charles County. This is a photo of one of New Melle’s tankers (8913) hauling water overnight Saturday for a detached garage fire north of Wentzville on Hancock Road.

The busy weekend continued Sunday afternoon as units responded with Wentzville to a house fire on Diehr Road. There was also a brush fire and a few medical calls that day.
