New Melle Fire Rescue Firefighters, Officers, and Board Thank Community for April 2 Support

On April 2, 2013, the residents of the New Melle Fire Protection District voted by a very significant majority to retain a high level and quality of response from their fire department personnel.  Residents chose to preserve the 24 hour/7 day emergency response that they have depended upon for the last ten years, and to continue an investment in the up-to-date equipment and training that ensures reliability and safety for firefighters and residents alike when emergencies are responded to.

The entire family of New Melle Fire Rescue personnel is extremely grateful for the support shown by residents at the polls in maintaining a continuing high level of quality service.  We pledge to do our very best to serve you, our residents, and those visiting or passing through our district, and to do so each and every day.

Thanks so much!
