We proudly serve a 121-square-mile response area in St. Charles County and parts of Warren County. Thanks to major infrastructure upgrades and rapid community development, New Melle is one of the fastest-growing fire districts in the region.
Over the past five years, our call volume has increased by more than 50%, putting us on pace for a record-setting year.
To meet this rising demand—and thanks to the unwavering support of our taxpayers—we are now staffing a second fire station 24/7 with full-time personnel. This marks a historic milestone in our commitment to delivering high-quality emergency services around the clock.
